What it does

Listings

Write the title, tags and description once in your shop's format, attach product photos and the design photos for each variation, and publish as a draft or straight to active.

Product photos without Photoshop

Drop your designs and get the phone-case and poster mockups rendered on the server — collages, single views, your own background colour per shop.

Orders → production partner

Paid orders arrive with the design the buyer picked. Pack them for your supplier or send them with one click, then add the tracking number back to Etsy.

Print files, kept

Every listing's print-ready files stay with the listing, so an order six months later still finds the right design.

Publishing schedule

Publish a few drafts a day at random times, per shop, and pause automatically if something goes wrong.

How it works with Etsy

  1. Connect your shopYou approve Listing Desk on Etsy's own consent screen. We never ask for your Etsy password, and you can disconnect at any time from the Shops page.
  2. Work from Listing DeskListings are created and updated through Etsy's API; paid orders are read so they can be fulfilled; tracking numbers are added when orders ship.
  3. Your data stays yoursEach account only sees its own shops. Tokens are stored encrypted, buyer details are kept only while an order is being fulfilled, and nothing is shared or sold.

Who it is for

Sellers who make print-on-demand phone cases and posters with a registered production partner, and who want the listing, order and tracking work to take minutes instead of an afternoon. Listing Desk is currently used by our own team; access for other sellers is by invitation.
